Deposit
A deposit of £50.00 is requested at the time of booking, which
will be taken as a debit/credit card payment.
Payment
We accept the balance of your bill in cash or cheque with a valid bankers
card or debit/credit card. (we not not accept American Express
or JCB)
Children
We
accept children over the age of 12 years. Our ground floor twin room
is suitable for older children, but normal room rates apply. A single child can
be accommodated in a single room on the first floor, with use of
it's parents bathroom facilities for a cost of £30.00 per night
for bed & breakfast.
Pets
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Smoking
We respectfully request no smoking in the house.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in
full if we are notified more than 21 days in advance of your
intended arrival date. However, for cancellations with less than
21 days notice, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is
relet.
Arrival
We are available to welcome you from 4.30pm but ask that you let
us know your approximate arrival time.
Departure
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day
of departure.
